Staffordshire Heritage Group

​​The Staffordshire Heritage Group was set up in 1994 to provide a hub for historically based groups within the county of Staffordshire.  Our area includes that of the old historic county, which is far larger than the current county council administrative area. 
 
We are an umbrella group for local history, genealogy, and archaeology groups within Staffordshire, providing a networking hub via email, social events and meetings. 

Our main form of communication is via our group email where we constantly exchange our news, events, activities etc. and campaign to preserve our heritage by promoting research and preserving of records and historic buildings.

Meetings are mostly held online.  However, we hold social events winter and summer, were we meet in person, offering the opportunity for groups, especially those further afield, to network socially.  Along with the opportunity to attend our member groups own events.  We adhere to the Data Protection Policy.    
 
New members are welcome either by group membership or as individuals.  Fee is £5.00 per annum.
